Pass While Being Tackled:
Hold L1, L2 , R1, or R2 after getting possession of the ball. Keep that button held until your player is being tackled. Release the button when falling to pass.

Bomb kick
Hold the opposite direction button to the way you are running and hit X.

Bonus teams
Win the Territories Cup during normal game play. Use the "Play" option to access another league with bonus teams such as the Barbarians, British Lions, and World XV. Use the "Play" option again after winning the cup from that league to access yet another group of bonus teams, including the Codemasters, Rage All-Stars, and Team Lomu.

Winning a ruck
If a ruck is created, you have more chance of winning it if you repeatedly press Circle + Square. This will bring a player out of ruck, then back into ruck quickly, creating more power on your side. This will help you to get the ball faster and have more players in the back line.
