At the begining of the game highlight X and press circle,circle,left,left,left,left,left,left, and start. next beat the opening level and beat the jungle level without getting the leg up grade. go beat the spider. go to the air force base. at the beginning of the 2nd stage on the platform before the door shoot the electric spider web at the spike wall and quickly dash jump jump and wall jump up the wall. when u are up there jump over the 1st capsule to the 2nd one(the first one will only give u 4x charge shots, the second one after charged will continue attacking). after this u will have unlimited nove strike,unlimeted non-charged specials, and a black armor which has all the capsules

MegaMan X 4 Cheats
To play as Blue Zero, Highlight Zero and Press R2 (9) L2 (9) Left Down Right Up Left Right Up Down and Start.

To play as the Original Megaman you must have an Megaman 8 data saved on your PlayStation Memory Card with all of Megaman's weapons and bought ones on Megaman 8. And Highlight Megaman and Press R2 (10) L2 (10) L1 (4) R1 (4) Left Down Right Up Left and Start.

To play as Megaman with Zero's Z Saber, Highlight Megaman and Press Right Up Left Down Right and Start. Then you'll see Megaman possing like Zero does.

To play as Bass, Highlight Megaman and Press R2+L2 (15) Left Up Down Right Select (14) and Start. Then you'll see Basses Armor looking like Megamans Armor. Remember. Bass has the same attacks as Megaman.

To let Zero use Megaman's Buster Gun, Highlight Zero and Press Select (11) and Start.

To play as Iris you have to Highlight Zero and Press Left Right Up Up Down Right Down Select+R2 (5) and Start. The Iris will use Zero's Saber.

To play as Conel you have to Highlight Megaman and Press R2 L2 R2 L2 R1 L2 L1 L1 R1 and Start.

To play as Double, Highlight Megaman and Press R2 R1 L2 R1 L1 (9) and Start. Then Double will use Megamans Buster Gun and his attack that he used on Megaman.

To play the hard version of Megaman X 4 highlight New Game. Press R2 (9) R1 (8) L1 (10) L2 (7) Left Down Up Right Select (15) and Start.

To play Megaman 8 with Megaman X villan's you must have the Megaman 8 data saved on your Play Station Memory Card. Then when your done, Hight new game and Press R2 (15) Left Left Right Right Left and Start. Megaman will have X's Buster Gun and Zero's Saber, By copying their techniques.

To play Megaman X 1,2,3 and Megaman 8 on MegamanX 4. Highlight Megaman and Press Select (21) Left Right Up (21) and Start. Remember. You can't activate codes by playing the Megaman X 1,2,3 nor Megaman 8 on PlayStation.

To play the Japanese Version on the American Play Station, you must beat the hard version of Megaman X 4 first, then when your done, Highlight either Megaman or Zero and Press R2 R1 L2 L2 L1 R1 L1 R2 L2 Left Right Up Up Down Right Select (21) and Start. Then when you watch the story, you will hear them speak in Japanese. Then when press start, you will see the Japanese text. That means you activated the code.

Megaman X's Ultimate armor
At the player selection screen, highlight Megaman X. Press Circle(2),
Left(6), then hold L1 + R2 and press Start. Note: Hold L1 + R2 until
the game begins. Then, enter a special armor capsule to receive the
new armor. For the Japanese version, press X(2), Left(6), then hold
L1 + R2 and press Start.

Zero's black armor
At the player selection screen, highlight Zero. Then, hold R1 and
press Right(6). Release all buttons, then hold Circle and press
Start. For the Japanese version, hold R1 and press Right(6). Release
all buttons, then hold X and press Start.

Unlimited lives for Zero:
Begin game play on the Cyberspace stage. Complete the first stage with a "S"
rank. Collect the extra life, and repeat as needed.

Unlimited lives for Megaman X:
Begin game play on the Frost Walrus stage in Area 1. Go to the section where the
ice passages disappear. Turn to the left and get the extra life. Repeat the process
to collect as many lives as needed.

Megaman's Ultimate Armor and Nova Strike:
Enable the "Megaman X's Ultimate armor" code. Play through the first two
introduction stage, then start the Jungle stage. Go halfway down the second
waterfall and go to the right. Enter the capsule and to get the Ultimate Armor along
with Nova Strike and the aerial attack.

Animation sequences:
Begin game play and leave the game unattended for approximately ten minutes.
Megaman and Zero's animation sequences will eventually being to play.

Armor capsule
Go to Magma Dragoon level and proceed until reaching the part of Volcano Area 2
where you have the armor. Get into it and dash jump towards the platform. Get on
to the platform, then charge twin slasher to full power and destroy the blocks in
front of you. Pass through and get the armor upgrade.

Helmet capsule
Go to the Cyber Peacock level and get a S rank on the third stretch with the yellow
balls that drains your energy. This is difficult to accomplish, but possible.

Leg capsule
Go to the Web Spider level and proceed to the part with the waterfalls. When you
drop down to the section below the part with the spike spinning on the platform,
just go through the gap on the right side wall opposite to the hole.

Arm capsule
Go to Storm Owl Area 2 with all the laser cannons. Get to the section with the hole
in the ceiling, with spikes on the floor and each side of the wall. Use the lightning
web weapon to jump onto the platform. Above it are two capsules. One allows
your fire four shots in a row and the other allows you to fire a plasma bolt. The
best choice is the plasma bolt, as it keeps hitting the enemy after the first hit.

Ultimate capsule
Begin game play as Dark X. Go to the Web Spider level and proceed to where the
leg capsule was located. Instead, you will receive the ultimate armor. This allows
unlimited nova strike, unlimited none charged special weapons, hover in midair,
and the ability to shoot plasma bolts.

Each Boss have a weakness related to their own weapons.

Dragoon: Owl's weapon
