Always catch pokemon while surfing
When you cast the rod and theres nothing on the screen press A as many times as you can and then wait until 4 dots apeaer in the box then press A twice then stop. you are most likely to battle a pokemon when fishing.

I have discovered a way to get unlimited money so please use it because it really works.
Ok 1st get a nugget then put in the 5th position in your items then talk to the guy who gave you a teachy tv (the more you talk to him the better the outcome of doing this cheat quicker) then go to cinnabar island and go east to the water and surf up and down on the shore and after a while a pokemon on level 100 will appear and you have to defeat it other wise it wont work and then you should have about 100 or more nuggets then go to a poke mart and sell them and there you have it unlimited money. Easy Raising
You have to be willing to loose a lot of money to use this cheat. Once you have collected eight badges, go to the elite four. Deposit all your pokemon except the one you want to raise. Make sure the one you are raising is level 54 or higher. Then use that pokemon in the elite four. Keep fighting untill you white-out. You will get a lot of experience for the pokemon that you were able to beat. Just keep doing this over and over. I raised my Venasaur like this from level 55 to level 67 in one hour!!!

Catch groundon
After beating the 3rd gym go back to pallet town and talk to pr. oak then go next door and talk to the guy sitting at the table, he will say that since you have 3 badges you can have one of his old pokemon. he will give you groundon lv 35 this has to be down after 3rd gym before the 4th

Celebi Location
Beat the Pokemon League then go to Prof.Oak. He will give you a GS Pass. Go to the S.S.Anne(it will be there again)and show it to the guy. Borad the ship. Battle 2 Trainers and a announcement saying that the ship has docked in Agate Village. Exit the ship. Find the green colored waterfall and go through it.Go through the tunnel and when you exit,you will be in front of a Pokemon.Go up to it and press A. The Pokemon will make a battle cry and attack you. It will be at Level 50 and be a Celebi. Save before battling because if you make it faint it disappears.This will also happen if you lose the battle.And you won't be able to try to catch it again here because after the battle the screen will turn black for 10 seconds then you will appear in front of your home,and your GS Pass will have disappeared,and so has the S.S.Anne.So Save before you battle,just in case.

Navigate through the lost cave on Island 5
Move right, up, down, down, right, left, down, right, up and you will arrive at your destination. Note: You can go different ways, but you will end up either finding an item or going back to the start. use the following trick to get an egg put a pokemon with a ditto then give it to the daycare centre then you should have a egg.
go to the daycare man on the sevvi isalnds and drop off 2 compatible pokemon he has to say that they are compatible and like each other then go to the icefall cave and wait there for a while then talk to the man and he will have an egg waiting.

Catching Mudkip, Torchic, and Treko
Beat the E4 50 times,then talk to Proffeser Oak. He will give you an abanded Treko at LV.13 that knows Giga Drain, Fury Cutter, Cut,and Exstreamspeed. After this go to 1 island and talk to Celio and he gives you a Mudkip at LV.13 that knows Mudslap, Waterfall, Ice Beam,and Water Pulse. After this leave the Pokemon Center and battle a guy that has a LV.80 Magcargo,LV.84 Crobat,LV.88 Gligar,LV.92 Pidgeot,LV.96 Slowbro, and a LV.100 Dragonite. After beating him he gives you a LV.13 Torchic that knows Peck, Overheat, Secret Power and Hidden Power.

At any time during the game, go in to a PokeMart and check the note on the desk. This will bring up a four word entry screen. Enter the phrase "Link Together With All." Next, put the link cable in. Make sure the purple tong is in the GBA with FR/LG, and the grey one is in the GBA with R/S. Press A to do the transfer. When you start up the second GBA, with R/S in it, press Select and Start on the Gameboys default screen to fix the time glitch in R/S.

Get the Magic Muffler
Ok, this is too complicated for the beginners so I suggest that only those who suceed will do these cheats but.. if you want.. it's up to you..
First thing to do: Release all your pokemon except the weakest.. (me? All of my pokemon is Level 100.. so it's worth it)
Second thing to do: Challenge elite four. You should win it! And also.. this cheat will work fast if you wont use any healing items. Dont forget! Challenge elite four 10 times!
Third thing to do: Trade with a friend. Trade your weakest pokemon. Your friend must give you a Rattata holding a Iapapa Berry.
Fourth Thing to do: Use VS seeker. Challenge all the trainers you meet from Pallet Town upto the Sevii Islands.
Fifth Thing to do: Catch a Dratini (you can catch it in Safari Zone).
Sixth Thing to do: Train Dratini until it evolve to Dragonite.
Seventh thing to do: Make Dragonite hold a Salac Berry.
Eight Thing to do: Challenge elite four 5 times
Ninth Thing to do: Go to Prof.Oak.. then use fly 3 times.
Last: Trade your Dragonite. The Salac Berry it holds will became a Magic Muffler.
Q: What does Magic Muffler do??
A: It makes your pokemon's experience move fast. For Example. Your Squirtle holds a Magic Muffler.. Squirtle is at Lv.5.. after battling.. your Squirtle will be Lv. 97.

Now, most of you know that in Gold and Silver you can breed pokemon by putting either a male or female pokemon in the day care along with a ditto to get an egg of that pokemon. But, did you know that you can do the same thing in Fire Red/Leaf Green? It's true! Now, some of you are thinking, Yeah, with pokemon like rattata! No, more like Kabuto, Omanyte, Eevee, Charizard, Venasaur, Blastoise, Aerodactyl, Lapras, and others! All you gotta do is catch a Ditto(I found mine in the Uknown Dungeon where you catch Mewtwo.). Then go to the Day care on Four Island(To get to Four Island, beat the Cinnabar Gym Leader, Blaine. Then, go to Two Island,in the Game Corner there, and the guy will see you. Then some other stuff will happen. He ends up wanting you to save his lost daughter, Lostelle. Funny huh? Go to Three Island and save her in the Berry Forest. Then talk to Celio and he gives you a Rainbow Pass for Islands 4,5,6, and 7.). You can't go to the Day Care near Cerelean 'cause it can't store 2 Pokemon. Put the Ditto and the Pokemon you want into the Day Care. It only works with Pokemon that have a gender and pokemon that aren't super rare( like Mewtwo, Zapdos or other Legendary Pokemon.). Put them in there and there ya go! You can also trade ditto to Ruby/Sapphire and breed with Torchic, Treecko, Mudkip, and others. And if you have Pokemon Colluseum, you can have infinite Cyndaquils and stuff. I recommend trading to Ruby/Sapphire because it's easier hatching with the Mach Bike.Have Fun!
Rare Candies
You can get Rare Candies by getting a party of Meowth. Your front Meowth has to be strong so it can beat wild pokemon. After you beat a wild pokemon, look at your Meowth party. They might be holding berries, TM10s, or rare candies.

Catch a Bagon
First of all the requirements to do it:
- Water Pokemon that knows surf and waterfall.
- First go to the waterfall and go up it.
-THen go to the ladder and go to another ladder.
- Once you are there, you will battle an old couple and dragon tamer.
- Go dowm the left side, and continue and go in another ladder.
-Use surf and go into a small part of Meteor Falls whilst surfing.
- Then surf up to a small slab and look around there.
- In a few minutes you shall find your well deserved bagon.
Credits
Now this is an old tip and yes, it works in Fire Red/Leaf Green too! after ur pokemon are registered as champs, when u get to the credit part when ur person walks out of the door at the leauge, reset or turn off and on and ull be at palet town again. easy!
Deoxys Puzzle
To solve the puzzle on island 9 push the triangle from the: bottom, top, bottom, left, right, left, top, right, left, top. If this does not work the first time keep trying it for a few more times. If that doesn't work try it the opposite way: top, bottom, top, right... and so on.
Determining Pokemon's feelings towards you
When you use an item on one of your Pokemon outside of a battle, such as a Potion, the Pokemon will either move closer or away from you in the short intermission sequence. How far the Pokemon moves depends on how much it likes you. If it does not move at all, it feels neutral.
How to get the Ruby and Sapphire plate & Deoxys and also Lugia and Ho-oh
You must fight the elite 4 with catching at least 60 pokemon, go and get the national dex to proffessor Oak then go to the moltres mountain again you will see the team rocket blocking the passage to a cave, beat them and go inside the cave, then in the deep part of it you can see the ruby plate, get it and take it to island 1's Pokemon Center take it to the scientist.
He'll give you a rainbow ticket to access island 4-7. Save Lorelei from being attack by team rocket in the Icefall Cave then find the Sapphire plate on Six Island and battle the team rocket in the Rocket Warehouse on Five Island.
You will fight again the elite four but different and hard pokemon to beat.
If you got the aurora ticket(like eon ticket to be given away) you can access island 8-9.
Special Recognition
Once you have collected all 200 Pokemon in this game, go to the Celadon Mansion in Celadon City and the man who is incharge of the Game Freak will give you a diploma.
How/Where To Get Togepi and Pichu (Baby
How/Where To Find Togepi: Well, If you have ever seen the PokeMon Television Show, you will notice that Misty, the Gym Leader of Cerulean City, carries around a small, egg-like PokeMon, called "Togepi". Have you always wanted this PokeMon in the Games? I have too! Well, I know where to find one! Alright, you must have the HM Surf, and you must have the Rainbow Pass to access the Islands 1-7. So first, take a SeaGallop Ferry, or Fly to Island 5. You will see this town is rather small. So first, go to the PokeCenter and be sure you have only 5 PokeMon in your party. If you have 6 PokeMon with you, just put one of your PokeMon in the PokePC. Then, you go back outside. You wil notice a small beach off to the side. If you are in the right place, there should be a guy fishing there. So, get aboard one of your PokeMon that knows Surf, and begin surfing up. It was easy for me, because I just followed the Rock Barrier all the way up. Now, this part is a bit tricky. Wait until you get into the Water Labyrinth area, and begin surfing LEFT (<--- That Way) Now it gets complicated - You will see a bunch of rocks, that link up with the rock barrier. But, there is a broken part in the barrier, so there is an open spot through the rocks! It is very easy to miss, so keep your eyes open. If you make it through there, keep surfing LEFT (<--- That Way) And you should hit a small Island. You'll see a Woman, and an Old Man. If you talk to the woman, she will battle you. But, once you talk to the Old Man, he will begin talking about his travels, and he will check your PokeMon to see if you are raising them properly. If he likes the Way you raise your PokeMon, he will give you an Egg. So, once you have the Egg, just walk around for a while. I would say it takes around 500-550 steps for the Egg to hatch. Soon, the message "Huh?" will pop up at the bottom of the screen. Suddenly, your Egg starts hatching! And once it hatches, it is a Level 5. Togepi! And, even better news! Once you train it to get big and strong, I Believe it EVOLVES into a new Species that can FLY called a "Togetic" . But I am not sure...better find out for yourselves!
How/Where to Find Pichu (Baby Version of Pikachu) : Okay, so here is a new species of PokeMon. It is called "Pichu" and it is the baby Version of a Pikachu! Its adorable! To get this Baby, but strong PokeMon, you need to have the Pass to access Islands 1-7. So, either ride a SeaGallop Ferry or Fly to Island 4. If you didn't know, this small Island is Lorelei, of the Elite Four's hometown! Anyways, be sure you have two Pikachu, a Female and a Male, or a Female/Male Pikachu and a Ditto. Pikachu can be found in the Power Plant near Cerulean City, and Ditto can only be found once you have defeated the Elite Four and gotten access to the Cerulean Cave, so I reccommend the Two Pikachu, they are easier! Once on Island 4, you will see that there is a PokeMon Daycare Center where you can raise TWO PokeMon at the same time! So, you put in your Two Pikachu, or your Pikachu and Ditto, and let the Center raise them for a bit. Then, come back. Talk to the man inside the gate and he will tell you he found an Egg! So, accept the Egg, and then go back in and get your PokeMon back. As I said before, it takes about 500-550 steps for an Egg to hatch, so I reccommend riding on your Mach Bike. Once the Egg hatches, Congrats! You now have a Level 5. Pichu! Though I am not sure that Pichu evolves into Pikachu...Hmm...Anyways, I hope you found this helpful! :)
