Das Ziel des 3D Tetris Spiels ist es, eine Ebene komplett mit dreidimensionalen Steinen auszufüllen, so dass diese verschwindet. Im laufe der Zeit gestaltet sich dies dann immer schwieriger, da die Spielgeschwindigkeit zunimmt. Hat man 5 Ebenen verschwinden lassen, so erhöht sich das Level und somit die Spielgeschwindigkeit. Gleichzeitig gibt es aber auch mehr Punkte. Punkte gibt es für absolvierte Steine, erledigte Ebenen und je nach Level. Wenn alle Ebenen unerledigt sind, ist das Ende des Spiels erreicht und man kann sich in die Bestenliste eintragen.
