     PopUnder Power! is a freeware that can implement a popunder window which is displayed when you page is displayed. You can also specify a URL to be opened along with the popunder window. You can configure the width and height of the window in the script. You can also include toolbar, menubar, scrollbars, etc. A nice JavaScript to implement an effective popunder window.
