Simple RateIt is written with perl and CGI module that gives lot of function to create a poll system online and helps to manage it in a simple way. Rating can be made for unlimited polls on a page. After you submit the vote, the result will be shown with the new page in which background color and other attributes can be modified using HTML templates. Comments can be given when rating the items and posted comments can be customized with badword filter by admin. Average of submitted votes can be displayed in percentage. Demonstration is available online.
