The Kontak is a customer support script which is written using Perl for adding a contact or feedback form on a webserver and record the form input to a delimited file. It can also be used as a simple formmail or send mail form without recording the delimited file. When a user submits the form, a unique tracking number is generated and recorded. This number is displayed to the user for tracking their request and is included in all records and messages. The script is designed with templates for easy customization. An example of this script is provided on the website.
