With this JavaScript you can load a navigational menu to display different links that shows a color change on mouseover. The script also displays a message, which may be a short description about the link in a separate message box when the user moves the mouse over the link. The link box border color, border style, border width, overall width and height of the menu table etc. are customizable in the script. The script is compatible with IE4 and up and NS6 browsers.
